Yes. One file is free forever. Paste or drop one SRT, VTT, ASS, or Zoom transcript and download a .docx with no account. Speaker merge, the timestamp toggle, copy formatted, HTML, and print-to-PDF stay on that file. Captions are not uploaded to convert. Pro is not required for one file.
Is Pro a subscription?
No. Pro is one payment. It unlocks batch ZIP (many subtitle files to one ZIP of Word documents) and header/footer text on downloads. It does not renew, and it does not change the free single-file converter. There is no countdown.
Who should pay for Pro?
People who already convert one file successfully and now have a folder of .srt, .vtt, .ass, or .ssa files, or who need the same header and footer on every download. One transcript does not need Pro.
I switched browsers. Do I buy Pro again?
No. Open Restore Pro and enter the checkout email. That address is the entitlement key. A second purchase does not look up a different inbox.
Why does checkout ask for an email before I pay?
